The Riverina Dairy Paneer is an unaged, acid-set, non melting fresh cheese made by curdling heated milk. It is common in South and south west Asia, especially in Iranian, Indian, Pakistani, Afghan, Nepali, Sri Lankan, and Bangladeshi cuisines.

Shelf Life: 10 weeks  from date of manufacture.
Storage Conditions: Store at less than 5°C
