Paneer

The Riverina Dairy Paneer is an unaged, acid-set, non melting fresh cheese made by curdling heated milk.  A great vegetarian option as a protein supplement.

It is common in South and south west Asia, especially in Iranian, Indian, Pakistani, Afghan, Nepali, Sri Lankan, and Bangladeshi cuisines.
