The Riverina Dairy Greek style Fetta Cheese is a soft, brine matured cheese that is white in colour with an open texture. it has a slightly acidic taste and is crumbly in texture.

Shelf Life: 6 months from the Date of Manufacture for packets.
Storage Conditions: Store at less than 5°C

Directions for Use: Once open consume within 3 days ensuring that remaining product is held within the brine.
