‘Murray Blue’ is Riverina Dairy’s first ‘cheese board’ Cheese.

It is a deliciously creamy, delicate Blue Cheese. The perfect addition to any cheese platter, its creaminess achieved by addition of double cream in the cheese making process makes it crowd favourite, loved by even the ‘non-blue cheese eaters’.

Murray Blue is extremely versatile; served on the cheese board, sprinkled over a salad or omelette, used as a flavour ingredient in cooking for sauces or as a compound butter. Transform the dish with this versatile cheese made right here in Australia at our local dairy in the Riverina.
