HIGH PROTEIN HALOUMI WRAP

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Riverina Dairy High Protein Haloumi 160g
  • 1 large wrap or tortilla
  • 1 small chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • A handful of cos lettuce
  • Olive oil (for cooking the haloumi)
  • Optional: salt, pepper or your favourite sauce

High Protein Wrap

Step 1. Cook the haloumi – Slice the haloumi and cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Step 2. Prepare the wrap – Lay the wrap flat and make a cut from the centre to the bottom edge.

Step 3. Layer the ingredients – Divide the wrap into four sections. Add chicken to one section, High Protein haloumi to another, avocado to the third, and cos lettuce to the fourth.

Step 4. Fold the wrap – Starting at one section, fold the wrap over itself in quarters to create the four-fold pocket.

Step 5. Toast (optional) – Place the folded wrap in a pan or sandwich press for 1–2 minutes until lightly toasted.

Serve and enjoy – Slice in half and enjoy your quick, high-protein lunch.
