Ingredients
- 200g Riverina Dairy Greek Fetta, cut into cubes
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150g plain flour
- 200g panko or dried breadcrumbs
- 6 tbsp honey
- Sprigs of thyme, chopped (optional)
- Sesame seeds, to sprinkle (optional)
Hot Honey Fetta Bites
- Place the egg, plain flour and panko/breadcrumbs into three small bowls.
- Cut the Fetta into 2-3cm cubes. Coat the fetta cubes in flour, then the egg then coat in the panko/breadcrumbs.
- Add balls to an air fryer on 190°C for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden, shaking gently after 5 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Add cooked cubes to a serving dish.
- Heat the honey in a microwave until warm and pour over the cubes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and thyme (optional).
- Serve warm.
