Ingredients
  • 200g Riverina Dairy Greek Fetta, cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 150g plain flour
  • 200g panko or dried breadcrumbs
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • Sprigs of thyme, chopped (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, to sprinkle (optional)

Hot Honey Fetta Bites

  1. Place the egg, plain flour and panko/breadcrumbs into three small bowls.
  2. Cut the Fetta into 2-3cm cubes. Coat the fetta cubes in flour, then the egg then coat in the panko/breadcrumbs.
  3. Add balls to an air fryer on 190°C for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden, shaking gently after 5 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Add cooked cubes to a serving dish.
  4. Heat the honey in a microwave until warm and pour over the cubes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and thyme (optional).
  6. Serve warm.
