The Riverina Dairy Light Fetta Cheese is a soft, brine matured cheese that is white in colour with an open texture. It has a salty acidic flavour.

Directions for Use: Once open consume within 2 weeks ensuring that remaining product is held within the brine.

Fetta is in salads (Greek salad) and pastries, some serve with olive oil or olives and sprinkled with aromatic herbs.
