Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 100g Riverina Dairy Greek Fetta
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sourdough loaf bread, sliced (8 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Smashed Avocado & Fetta

  1. Remove stone from avocados and spoon into a medium size bowl. Add chilli and lemon juice and use a fork to roughly mash together.
  2. Toast or grill bread slices.
  3. Spread avocado mix over toast and sprinkle with crumbled fetta and drizzle a little balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
