Ingredients
Chilli Haloumi Bites
- Mix the chopped chilli, olive oil and lemon in a bowl and leave the flavours to infuse.
- Slice the haloumi and thread onto skewers. Pour the chilli marinate over the haloumi and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan on high and cook the haloumi slices for approximately 2 minutes each side until golden-brown.
- Serve immediately, while your haloumi is still oozy and warm. Enjoy!
