Ingredients
- 100g Riverina Dairy Greek Style Fetta
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- ½ bunch radish (optional)
Greek Salad

- Slice tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving bowl with olives. Halve and thinly slice red onion. Wash top and tail radishes and add to salad (optional).
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper
- Crumble fetta onto the salad and toss to combine. Serve.
