Ingredients
  • 100g Riverina Dairy Greek Style Fetta
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½ bunch radish (optional)

Greek Salad

    1. Slice tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place in a serving bowl with olives. Halve and thinly slice red onion. Wash top and tail radishes and add to salad (optional).
    2. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper
    3. Crumble fetta onto the salad and toss to combine. Serve.
