Ingredients
- 180g Riverina Dairy Cyprus Style Haloumi
- 2 pizza bases (or pizza dough)
- 400g fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
- 200g ham slices, torn into pieces
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup green olives, roughly chopped
- ½ cup spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbs olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Haloumi, Ham, Cherry Tomato & Olive Pizza
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place pizza bases on a chopping board. Evenly spread torn mozzarella over pizza. Chop haloumi and spread over mozzarella. Top with ham, tomatoes, olives and spring onions. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in hot oven for 12-14 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve.
