Ingredients
  • 180g Riverina Dairy Cyprus Style Haloumi
  • 2 pizza bases (or pizza dough)
  • 400g fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
  • 200g ham slices, torn into pieces
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup green olives, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Haloumi, Ham, Cherry Tomato & Olive Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Place pizza bases on a chopping board. Evenly spread torn mozzarella over pizza. Chop haloumi and spread over mozzarella. Top with ham, tomatoes, olives and spring onions. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake in hot oven for 12-14 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve.
