Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 100g Riverina Dairy Greek Fetta
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sourdough loaf bread, sliced (8 pieces)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Smashed Avocado & Fetta

Remove stone from avocados and spoon into a medium size bowl. Add chilli and lemon juice and use a fork to roughly mash together.

Toast or grill bread slices.

Spread avocado mix over toast and sprinkle with crumbled fetta and drizzle a little balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
