Ingredients
- 2 x 180g Riverina Dairy Cyprus Style Haloumi
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey
- Thyme
Haloumi with Honey & Thyme Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan over medium–high heat.
- Cut haloumi into 1cm slices.
- Fry haloumi in pan, cooking for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- In the pan, drizzle the haloumi with honey and lemon juice, adding a sprinkle of thyme. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until haloumi is caramelised. Serve warm.
