Ingredients
  • 2 x 180g Riverina Dairy Cyprus Style Haloumi
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Thyme

Haloumi with Honey & Thyme Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium–high heat.
  2. Cut haloumi into 1cm slices.
  3. Fry haloumi in pan, cooking for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. In the pan, drizzle the haloumi with honey and lemon juice, adding a sprinkle of thyme. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until haloumi is caramelised. Serve warm.
